Women’s Soccer: Pipers drop two MIAC games
Posted on October 19, 2010 | No CommentsConcordia 4, Hamline 0 The team drove a long way home last Tuesday after a 4-0 loss to host Concordia-Moorhead, who currently rank first in MIAC standings. Cobber forward, Sarah Rounds scored the first goal at 13:42, unassisted. Rounds netted her eighth goal of the year which is the second highest goal total for the Cobbers. -
Men’s Soccer: Hamline 1, Saint Mary’s 0
Posted on October 19, 2010 | No CommentsAfter losing four straight games - including the first two on their three game road trip - the Pipers men's soccer team was able to break through on Saturday night. Thanks to a goal by senior Javier Rios, the Pipers were able to pull out a 1-0 win over cellar dweller Saint Mary's and move to 2-5 in MIAC play.
