Kickin’ it into Homecoming

Men’s soccer ready to kick off during Alumni Weekend.

The Men’s Soccer coach, Alex Morawiecki, allowed us a glimpse into the boys’ season and how they are looking forward to the big homecoming game. “It’s always great to have home match over Alumni Weekend with campus full of pride and excitement. Saint Mary’s is off to a great start so we look forward to the opportunity to compete this weekend and welcome students out to support us.” This group is led by a very strong group of seniors including Oscar Campbell, James Nash, Jay Reardon, Andy Rios, and Trevor Tallaksen,

“We’ve been tested at home and on the road already in our season and have had to grow through some adversity, which has been excellent to see. I think we’ve taken lessons well and applied our training come match time, which is what we as a staff hope for come match day,” said Morawiecki. The Men’s Soccer team is off to a great start with a 3-2 ratio in the MIAC conference. Wishing them the best of luck as they continue to make Hamline proud within their season. Take the opportunity to let these diligent athletes showcase their hard work by attending the spirited homecoming game on October 14 at 1 p.m. on Paterson Field.
